Jordan, L.S. Commonwealth Land Surveying, LLC (dave(a vacls.com) From: Andrew Reitelbach, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: October 28, 2020 Subject: SUB2020-00154 TMPs 115-37 and 37B — BLA-Vacation Fax 434-972-4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A)1; 14-302(B)61 The long -form TMP number for 115-37B is incorrect in the title of the plat. The correct number is 11500-00-00-037130. 2. [14-302(A)10] Revise the note on the plat indicating the right of further division of the proposed new parcel in this boundary line adjustment. I offer the following language: "Revised TMP 115-37 is assigned four (4) development rights and may be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than 31 acres." 3. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision when the plat is re -submitted. 4. [14-302(B)4] Please review the note regarding burial sites. The deed found at DB 895, page 128, states that "there is expressly reserved a family graveyard... " However, it is unclear to me if this statement is referring to a graveyard on the subject parcel or on another parcel, as it appears that this deed includes several different parcels. 5. [14-303(A)] The "statement of consent to division' also incorrectly states the long -form number of the parcel. It should be 11500-00-00-037B0. 6. [14-303(D)] Clarify whether "Parcel A" and "Parcel B" are supposed to be separate parcels or whether they are a part of TMP 115-37. Please contact Andrew Reitelbach in the Planning Division at areitelbach@albemarle.org or 434-296- 5832 ext. 3261 for further information.
