Here is a link to the LOR. When I was providing feedback in the email on what type of application, the
information provided was only concerning the fence near Lot 23, and it was not communicated on the full
extent of the removal. That being said, the fence removal adjacent to Kappa Sigma cannot be removed without
a special exception to vary the application plan of the ZMA which will require Board approval, see note from
the approved application plan below.
However, the fencing along the south boundary line can be removed with the LOR, as it was not shown on the
ZMA application plan.
I would suggest that the removal of the southern fence be shown on the LOR, which I can approve, and if you
wish to proceed with the removal of the Kappa Sigma property line fence, we can discuss the special exception
process. I would expect that we would contact Kappa Sigma concerning this, as this fence was added due to
their concerns during the rezoning.
