The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)3] Provide the width of the ROW for Sunset Circle, Brook Road, and Brook Hill
Lane, as well as the deed book and page numbers for the dedication of those ROW sections (or
identify as prescriptive easements if that is the case).
2. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision when the plat is re -submitted.
3. [14-302(B)10] Depict the location of the stream buffer(s) on sheet 2 of the plat. According to
the County's GIS, it appears there is a stream buffer along the northwest side of these
properties.
4. [14-303(A)] Insert an additional word into the "statement of consent to division." The
statement needs to read, "... platting or dedication of the following described land... "
5. [14-416] Revise the note on the cover sheet about the public utility service for these parcels.
These two parcels are in the ACSA jurisdictional area for "water only." The jurisdictional area
for these parcels does not include sewer service.
