Culpepper Robinson Development Group, Inc. 477 Viking Drive, Suite 320 Virginia Beach, VA 23452 Dear Mr. Culpepper: We understand that in connection with your development of Rivanna Village you will be widening U.S. Route 250 to provide a left turn lane at its intersection with Cumbria Lane, and that you have requested the right to access and carry out limited land disturbance on a portion of property adjacent to U. S. Route 250 that we own. The property is tax map parcel 80-58A (the "Property"). This letter confirms that we hereby give you and your company permission to enter upon the Property to carry out the construction activities that are necessary to construct the public road improvements, in the approximate areas shown on the attached exhibit. I understand the construction activities will consist of: (1) grading necessary to widen U.S. Route 250 to construct a left turn lane, (2) replacing the driveway culvert under Cumbria Lane at its intersection with U.S. Route 250, and (3) connecting the existing gravel driveway on the Property to the widened portion of U.S. Route 250. I further understand that your company will be responsible for any damage to the Property caused in connection with your construction activities and when the work is completed you will remove any equipment from the Property. This permission will automatically expire upon completion of the project.
