HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB198800212 Correspondence 2020-10-30 (2)Date: September 16, 2020 To: David James CE I County of Albemarle Community Development Department 401 MClnitire Road Charlottesille, VA 22902 From: Kirk Hughes RE: Blue Springs Farm (aka Tandem Farm) Certification letter TRANSMITTAL MEMORANDUM David, The completed improvements for Blue Springs Lane and Ragged Ridge Lane within the Blue Springs Farm (aka Tandem Farm) Subdivision were constructed as per plan with any discrepancies shown on the Blue Springs Farm Asbuilt Survey prepared by this firm on August 21, 2019, last revised on November 6, 2019. Field Procedures: Measurements were performed at 50-foot stations, point of curvatures, point of tangents, edges of pavement at filets, and all storm culverts as shown on survey. Findings: Generally the asphalts horizontal construction, proposed to be 20 feet in width, varies moderately throughout and measured at different stations between 19.5' and 20.4'. The asphalt is dimensioned from the right of way to the edge of the pavement and the width is shown at each measured station. This is to show its relationship to the center of the right of way. Vertically it appears to have been constructed within 1.0' with a few exceptions as noted on said survey. The proposed elevations at each station are shown along the bottom of the profile portion of the survey with a strikethrough. The field -measured elevation is shown adjacent.
