Summary of Services Performed (field test data, locations, elevations & depths are estimates) & Individuals Contacted.
The laboratory proctor results and corresponding field density test results are attached to this
report. The field density testing was completed on 10/14/2014. The results indicate
compaction of subbase materials exceeding 95% of maximum dry density and compaction of
subgrade materials ranging from 88.7% to 96.5% of maximum dry density. The subgrade soils
were disturbed during excavation operations in the test locations; the density test results in
these areas may be lower than actual values due to the disturbance.
