Dear Megan Nedostup,
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the Minor Site Plan Amendment 2 for Th Reserve
at Belvedere Site Development Plan.The owners of The Reserve at Belvedere are proposing to install a
dog park as an amenity to the apartment complex.The dog park would be installed to the south of
Building 8.The existing retaining wall along the lower parking lot would be extended to create the
level area for the dog park.The park would be encompassed with a black vinyl chain link fence.The
SWM access road would be slightly modified in order to create the area for the dog park.
The attached exhibit highlights the proposed wall,grading modifications,and modifications to the
access easement for the creation of the Dog Park amenity.The proposed retaining wall design is also
attached to this LOR for review and approval.
This is the second letter of revision for the subject site plan.The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three 3)letters of revision are allowed.
