2. These parcels shown are in flood Zones X and AE as shown
on F.I.R.M. 51003CO520D.
3. The parcel is zoned RA.
4. Lot A is assigned One Development Rights and may not be
further divided. Parcel 9E retains 4 development rights and may
be further divided.
5. There are no known graves, objects or structures marking a
