Revised plans are hereby submitted incorporating the following changes in response to the items in your letter: PIS: 1. Comment Acknowledged. The lot information and improvements are critical to the design of the roadway and including them on the roadway ensures that the roadway design elements take into account this information. This information will remain on the road plans. 2. Comment previously addressed. 3. Comment previously addressed. 4. Comment previously addressed. 5. Per the alternative option in the comment letter, the developer has proceeded with the option for labeling the linework for the future phases as "Future proposed road improvements". This has been shown and labeled on the layout, utilities, grading, and culvert design sheets. This information has been removed from the existing conditions sheet, as it is not an existing condition. The associated notes have been revised as well. 6. Comment previously addressed. 7. Comment previously addressed. 8. Comment previously addressed. 9. The recordation information has been added to the emergency access road. This easement was recorded on November 5 ", 2020 and the DB/PG has been added to the road plans, as requested. 10. Comment previously addressed. Engineering: 1. Comment previously addressed. 2. Comment previously addressed. 3. The location of the label has been moved to the front of lots 26-28, as requested. 4. The plans have been updated per Mariah's comments (See comment response #5). This should address the remaining issues associated with the labeling of the future road improvements on the plans. 5.
