The "No Left Turn Sign should be relocated to the Right -in side of the planting area. The location should be clearly visible to motorist line of sight as they are looking towards the entrance. 2. Mill and overlay areas will need to extent to the width of the travel lane as stated in the WP-2 detail on page C-801. Please correct notes on plan pages to state the mill and overlay will be full lane width per WP-2 detail. 3. Per conversations 11-13-2020, the right-in/out access along Berkmar Drive will be widened, and island designed to prevent left turn movements. If further information is desired, please contact Max Greene at 434-422-9894. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
