Regarding: LOR 1 — Pantops Corner Self -Storage SDP 2019.00063
Dear Reviewer,
Please find attached the LOR #1 for Pantops Corner Self -Storage.
The following changes, as shown on the accompanying plan, have been made to the approved Final Site
Plan. The changes are shown in red revision clouds and are as follows:
1. The grade entering the building on the north side of the building has been adjusted to be less steep.
2. The grade at the exterior door nearest the southeast corner of the building has been adjusted to prevent
water from entering the building.
3. The grade at the exterior door nearest the southwest corner of the building has been adjusted to match
the finish floor elevation inside the building. This grade is adjusted by raising the top of wall elevation by
2' adjacent to the doorway.
4. The greenscreen fencing as shown on sheet C8 has been eliminated and the plantings have been
modified to replace the greenscreen. Sky Pencil Hollies are provided at the base of the wall and
Crossvine is provided at the top of the wall.
