I received the County Attorney's review of the restrictive covenant document. He had no objections. Thus the
final item remaining before the plat can be approved is VDOT entrance approval. I just sent VDOT a request for
a status update, so we'll know where this project stands soon. I'll keep you posted.

I looked into your reminder about the VDH approval, you are correct Section 14-208(D) permits these lots to move forward
without VDH approval. Attached is a revised review letter with that comment omitted. I'll forward the plat to VDOT this

Yes. Please send the plat to VDOT.
I will check with our Client about the Restrictive Covenant document and the RMA.
Also, VDH approval is not required for a Family Division of 8.00 acres.
