Review Comment Response
Dear Chris,
As requested, please see the following response to your re -submittal review comment
letter dated October le, 2020. I am only responding to those items specifically
mentioned in the letter requiring comments at this time, including which pages of the re-
submitted site plan required changes were made. Regarding Comments #1 and #2, the
applicant determined that the reference tree identified on the plans submitted with the
original application was measured inaccurately. Therefore, the height of the balloon
during the balloon test held on July 29, 2020 did not reflect the height of the monopole as
being proposed in this resubmission. The applicant intends to conduct another balloon
test based on the new proposed monopole height and will provide a new set of photo
simulations to the County for review.
Comment #3 — Label areas of critical slopes. Areas of proposed and created critical
slopes labeled on page Z-2 of the revised site plan.
Comment #4 — Design and specification of the Antenna and Equipment Mounts. Details
and specification of each individual mounts added to page C-3 of the revised site plan.
In addition, a close-up view from the side of the antenna arrays was added to page C-2
of the revised site plan. All equipment is subject to change, subject to the maximum
stand-off distance allowed by the Zoning Ordinance and any applicable special use
permit conditions.
Comment #5 — Location and design of proposed utilities. All proposed utilities will be
run underground in proposed conduitfrom the public right-of-way entrance off
Greenwood Station Road back to the proposed facility site.
Comment #6 —Color. Note W on page C-2 of the revised site plan revised to show that
the tower, tower mounts, antennas and RRH's will be painted the county approved
color of Sherwin Williams Java Brown #6090.

Comment #7 — Topography — Elevation markers added to page Z-4 of the revised site
plan.
Comment #8 — Setback Notes — Setback notes added to page Z-2 of the revised site plan.
The fall zone radius is shown on page Z-I of the revised site plan.
Comment #9 — Trees — Updated total number of trees to be removed from the tree
inventory on page Z-3 of the revised site plan.
Comment # 10 — Monopole Height —All heights referencing the tree height and
monopole height have been revised to be consistent throughout the pages of the site
plan.
Comment # I I — Ownership Reference — All reference to Mirador Farm has been
removed from the revised site plan.
Comment # 12 — Outdoor Lighting — Proposed Lithonia Lighting #OLW14 dimensions
added to page C-3 of the revised plans. In addition, equipment specification sheet
added to the resubmittal package.
Comment # 13 — Existing and proposed improvements — RIO of the existing access
road added to page Z-2 of the revised plans. The existing access road will not be
improved as apart of this project
Inspections— Michael Dellinger — Page Z-1 includes the required note from the
inspections department
