[14-302 (A)(1)] Please revise the plat title so that it states "Two -Lot Division of Tax Map Parcel 32- 42H." 2. [14-302 (A)(3)] State the State Route Number for Worth Crossing in the street label. It is State Route 1722. 3. [14-302 (A)(4)] There is a note stating that parcels H and H1 are going to have shared ingress, egress, and parking easements. However, no new easements are shown. Please clarify Additionally, the County requires an agreement to be recorded with any plats proposing shared parking easements. The applicant must complete the attached template and resubmit it for review with the County Attorney. 4. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. 5. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please revise the zoning note as follows: a. State all applicable overlay zoning districts that apply to the property. This includes the following: EC Entrance Corridor Overlay, AIA Airport Impact Area Overlay, and portions of the property lie within the Managed Steep Slopes Overlay District. b. State all applicable rezonings and special use permits that apply to the property. This includes the following: The property is subject to the proffers of ZMA1991-10. The Easement may be used by the Grantee and the Grantee's tenants and by employees, guests, customers and invitees of the Grantee or the Grantee's tenants or their successors. 3. Easement Appurtenant. The Easement is an easement appurtenant, rather than an easement in gross, and the Grantee's Property is the dominant estate and the Grantor's Property is the servient estate, and the Easement shall run with the Grantee's Property. 4. Extinguishment. If the Albemarle County Zoning Administrator determines that the Grantee's Property is no longer used so as to require shared parking on the Grantor's Property under County of Albemarle parking regulations, this shall constitute a change in use and, at the option of the Grantor, the Easement may be extinguished. 5. Further Action. The Grantor and the Grantee agree that each will take such further actions and execute or cause to be executed such further and other documents as are needed to carry out this Deed of Easement.
