This letter of revision proposes to remove the 8' privacy fence along the southern boundary of the site in the back of the lots along Moffat Street, as shown on the attached plan. The landscaping buffer and easement will remain, but the 8' board fence behind lots 21 to 41 will be eliminated from the project. This is the V letter of revision proposed for this site plan. We acknowledge that a total of three (3) letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan. Please let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information.
