Dear Mr. Greene:
Plans entitled "Mary Patricia Brown Business & Com-
mercial Center, North of Charlottesville," dated April 18,
1980 with revisions June 3, 1980, November 1, 1983, November
3, 1983, November 7, 1983, July 30, 1984, October 12, 1984,
November 20, 1984, December 4, 1984 and January 4, 1985,
prepared by Roudabush, Greene & Gale, Inc. are hereby ap-
proved for construction. One set of approved plans is en-
closed for your files.
A preconstruction conference should be scheduled prior
to construction with the project manager to ensure coordina-
tion and answer any questions. This will be a short meeting
to expedite construction. We would also like to observe the
installation of the new 72" RCP that crosses the existing
18" sanitary sewer. Please have the proper party call 296-
5859 and ask for Pete Gorham, project manager, to arrange
such.
Please be advised the

1983, prepared by William S. Roudabush, Inc. are hereby
approved for construction. One set of approved plans is
enclosed for your files.
A preconstruction conference should be scheduled

to arrange such.
At the present, the locations of future water service
connections on this proposed main are unknown. Prior to
the construction of this project, we would like to discuss
the meter locations for everyone's benefit.

Plat - Appeal
Dear Ms. Brown:
This letter is to notify you that on March 12, 1980, the Board of
Supervisors took no action on the above no plat appeal. The Planning
Commission Action on February 26, 1980, still stands as follows:
1. This plat will not be signed until the following conditions are met:
Compliance with the Stormwater Dentention Ordinance, if needed;
kompliance with the private road provision, including:
County Engineer approval of the road;
County Attorney approval of the maintenance agreement.

t, Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation commercial
entrance approval for both proposed entrances as stated in the
Site Review letter of February 7, 1980.
e. Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation approval of the
200 foot turn lane and taper plus sight distance at the north bound
lane crossover.

Grading permit; with the Soil Erosion Committee being mindful of
rotecting the existing trees as much as possible. Especially the
tree line abutting the Berkeley Subdivision and the proposed access
easement. This may call for tree wells for protection.
