CWH Properties Limited Partnership, (owner) David G. Mitchell (Applicant). Request for
issuance of a special use permit to locate a sign in a proposed public right-of-way at the
entrance to the approved planned development known as North Pointe along Seminole Trail
(Rt. 29N), pursuant to Albemarle County Code § 18-4.15.7(c) and § 18-34.5. The proposed sign
is 31.5 sgft (10.5 ft x 3.0 ft) and 13.5 ft in height. The entrance to the North Pointe development
is located off the northbound lane of Seminole Trail, approximately 0.75 miles from the
intersection of Seminole Trail (Rt. 29N) and Proffit Road (Rt. 649). The property, TMP 03200-
00-00-02000 is zoned Planned Development Mixed Commercial and Entrance Corridor Overlay.
