With this memo, I am responding to the comments that were directed to our office following the
review of our major site amendment for the Town Center Four project located at 994 Research Park
Blvd.The comments were received in written format and dated October 9,2019.Please find attached
to this memo three(3)copies of the revised site plan.
Planning Second Review Comments—Cameron Langille,Senior Planner
1. Based on review of the previous response comments it appears that this comment has been
addressed.
2. Based on review of the previous response comments it appears that this comment has been

3. The appropriate sheets have been updated to include the requested existing easements.
4. Based on review of the previous response comments it appears that this comment has been
addressed.
5. The requested note stating that all proposed grading will conform with the disturbances as
shown on SDP2006-113 and SDP2016-51 has been amended on Sheet C3.0 and added to
Sheet C5.0.

36. The site lighting diamond symbols are no longer illustrated on the Yard Drain Plan and Profile
Sheet in order to make the labeling clearer. YD labels have been shifted.

41. Woolley Engineering has added the note regarding manholes to be constructed in fill to Sheet
C6.3, C6.4, and C6.6.
42. Woolley Engineering has revised the plant locations on the landscape plan and hopes that our
revisions have satisfied this comment.
43. Based on our previous telephone conversation, it is in Woolley Engineering's opinion that
these are not necessary because the segments are short enough to allow snaking in the event
of a clog.
44. Woolley Engineering acknowledges this comment. We have discussed this matter with the
owners, and they are comfortable with utilizing the proposed pipe sizes in this situation.
