THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT RETENTION BASIN FACILITY APPROVED WITH
WPO-20:L3-00044 HAS BEEN REVISED WITH THIS AMENDMENT TO ACCOMMODATE A
LARGE AMOUNT OF ROCK FOUND DURING EXCAVATION. THE PROPOSED RETENTION
BASIN PROVIDES 4X WATER QUALITY VOLUME IN EXCESS OF REQUIREMENTS, THE
WATER QUALITY REQUIREMENT CALCULATION USES THE APPROVED IMPERVIOUS AREA
FROM AVINITY 1 (220,375 SF), AND THE ADDITIONAL AREA CREATED WITH THE PHASE IV
TOWNHOME AND ROADWAY REVISIONS (11,250 SF), WHICH WERE APPROVED WITH
SDP-201.5-00026 AND QUANTIFIED IN THE AVINITY I WPO LETTER OF REVISION.
THE PROPOSED AVINITY II DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVED SDP-20:L5-00026 AVINITY I
PHASE IV PLANS SEPARATE THE AVINITY II DEVELOPMENT FLOW FROM THIS NEW AVINITY
I RETENTION BASIN. ROUTING CALCULATIONS ARE PROVIDED WITH THIS WPO
AMENDMENT WHICH DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROPOSED RETENTION BASIN POND
RELEASES POST -DEVELOPMENT FLOWS LESS THAN THE PRE -DEVELOPMENT CONDITION.
