Factors Favorable: Requiring a full site plan Factors Unfavorable: None does not forward the purpose of the ordinance or otherwise serve the public interest RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. STAFF COMMENT: This is an application for site plan waiver approval. These requests are reviewed in accord with Chapter 18, Section 32.2.2 of the County Code which states: 33.3.2 The foregoing non ithstanding, after notice in accordance with section 33.4.3.5, the commission may waive the draw* of a sine plan in a particular ease upon a finding that the requirement of such plan would not forward the purposes of this chapter or otherwise serve the public interest prodded that no such waiver shall be made until the commission has considered the reconnnendadon, of the agent. The agent may recommend approvaL approval with conditions, or denial of such waiver_ Ln the case of conditional approl.al, the agent in his recommendation shall state the relationship of the recommended condition to the pro Li €ions of this section_ No condition shall be imposed which could not be imposed through the application of the regulations of section 32.4. (32 -2_2, 1980; Amended 5 -1 -87) The site review committee has reviewed this request and is able to support the request. The entrance to the site is existing as is the structure. The area to be used requires no grading and may be approved as a gravel parking area. No conditions are needed and no public comment was received on this application.
