Subject: SUB2020-164 Sleep Number Charlottesville - easement plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement Plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)7] Provide a notation that the property is not located in an agricultural -forestal district.
Rev 1. Comment addressed.
2. [14-303(D)] Provide the acreage of the property. Rev 1. Comment addressed.
3. [14-303(E)] Provide the easement holder(s) on the plat. Rev 2. Please fill in the recordation
information for these easements once recorded. Based on your email from 12-1-20 if the order of
approval and recordation is changing and certain easements will be existing, revise the plat to
provide recordation information on the plat for these easements. I do not need to re -review if
these are the only changes.
4. [Comment] Prior to plat approval Engineering and ACSA review and approval is required. Comments
are pending and will be forwarded once received. Rev 2. See attached Engineering and ACSA review
comments.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-
229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the
requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been
voluntarily withdrawn by the developer. Please contact Christopher Perez in the Planning Division by using
