Hello Chris, No I haven't at this time, I sent the deed to David to have them revise the deed and execute it with signatures, and then I have to forward it to the Central office for VDOT's right if way directors signature. However I can get you an approval letter out on Thursday. I need to discuss with Adam. What makes this situation necessary for this easement to be quitclaimed? 2.Who are you expecting to release their rights and what rights are you expecting to be released? Century Link has utilities in this easement currently. Why would they release their rights to these utilities? It's VDOT's policies and procedures to have all utility interests quitclaimed and be free of any encumbrances when accepting right of dedications. I hope this will give you a better understanding and clarification on the processes of VDOT's policies and procedures on quitclaims.
