Condition #1 states, "On that portion of the addition that connects the existing church to the new sanctuary (identified on the application plan as St. John's Baptist Church, dated July 7, 2003 (the application plan) as the area for new classrooms, the roof pitch, roofing material and the siding material shall be the same as is on the existing church." The application plan designates the entire connection between the existing church and the proposed sanctuary as new classrooms. The perspective sketch shows a covered entryway at the intersection of the existing church and the new classrooms. Therefore, the condition specifying roof material, roof pitch and siding applies to both the covered entry and the entire connection containing the classrooms between the existing church and the proposed sanctuary. Please contact me if you wish to discuss this further. You only had a perspective sketch. Does your builder have actual architectural elevations at this time? If so, I'd like a copy so I can be sure I understand exactly what you're proposing.
