THE PLAN DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE EXISTENCE OR NON-EXISTENCE OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. THE OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY MATERIAL STORED AT THE SITE. 12. CONTRACTOR AGREES THAT HE SHALL ASSUME SOLE AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR JOB SITE CONDITIONS DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT.
