• Be aware that the subject property also includes areas zoned HC and R-15.
• There are several existing easements on the subject property. Be aware of how
the proposal may affect these easements. Depending on the details and design
of the proposal, SP2002-00013 may need to be amended as well if the changes
proposed with the ZMA affect the status of the SP's conditions. Concurrent
review of the SP and ZMA amendments can occur.
• It is recommended that a review of the comments from the initial site plan
SDP2019-00073, Overlook Hotel, take place, as many of the same or similar
issues will come up during review of the ZMA (and SP if required).
• Renderings of the proposed building should be included in the submittal,
including the location of the roof(s1 relative to other buildings. . i . _ i
X A local traffic impact statement as required by Virginia Code § 15.2-2222.1 and 24 VAC
30-155-40.
