The WPO submittal will need to be approved prior to road plan approval. (Rev. 1) The WPO is currently under review. (Rev. 2) The WPO has been approved. 2. Label all drainage easements as public or private. (Rev. 1) Comment not addressed. (Rev. 2) Comment addressed. 3. Show the overland relief path for Inlet 12 in case it becomes clogged or overwhelmed. (Rev. 1) Comment not addressed. (Rev. 2) The label appears to be located in the wrong spot, show the path in the front of the attached units (26-28). (Rev. 3) Comment partially addressed. The lots, lot numbering, and storm is not consistent between sheets (the path on sheet 5 matched with the inlet on sheet 4 would address this comment). Please revise sheets to be consistent. 4. Show and label removable bollards at both ends of the emergency access road. (Rev. 1) Comment partially addressed. The Foothill Crossing II cul-de-sac is not yet approved or built. The bollards on that side should be shown where the access road connects to a bonded and constructed road in Foothill Crossing II/Glenbrook. (Rev. 2) Since SUB201600237 has not been approved, please remove labels and linework associated with it (just show the approved road in the platted ROW). Showing the proposed road location (other than the emergency access) from the approved WPO was only needed for the Foothill V WPO approval and may cause confusion on these road plans. It should be made clear that the emergency access road is part of and to be built with the construction of this subdivision and that it will be constructed up to a point where it meets a road in Foothill Crossing IUGlenbrook that is approved, bonded and constructed.
