Each home occupation is subject to the following: PLEASE CHECK EACH BOX SO THAT IT IS CLEAR THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS CLEARANCE ® LOCATION & AREA The home occupation shall be conducted entirely within the dwelling unit, provided that not more than twenty-five (25) percent of the gross floor area of the dwelling unit shall be used for the home occupation and further provided that the gross floor area used for the home occupation shall not exceed one thousand five hundred (1500) square feet. [Section 5.2 (e)] ® PARKING All vehicles used in a home occupation and all vehicles of customers, clients or students shall be parked on -site. [Section 5.2 (f)] ® PERFORMANCE STANDARDS The home occupation shall comply with the performance standards in section 4.14. There is one employee/owner using a home office space and computer. We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18- 4.14: • Noise : Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. There are no noises beyond verbal conversation and a small computer fan that are generated by this business. • Vibration: We operate no equipment in the home office. • Glare: Our operation is completely contained within the building. • Air Pollution: There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants. • Water Pollution: No liquid wastes will be generated by this operation. Our operation does not represent a hazard to water quality. • Radioactivity: My operation does not require handling of radioactive materials. There will be no radioactive emissions. • Electrical Interference: My operation does not require any equipment that would generate electrical disturbances.
