Please ensure the compass rose is oriented in the correct direction on Sheets C2, C3, and C4. 2. Sheet C2: Show the existing turn-off along Crozet Ave in the center -front of the parcel. 3. Sheet C4: Show stopping sight distance measurements from each proposed entrance. 4. Note that the final plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices 13(1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations or other requirements. Please provide a digital copy in PDF format of the revised plan along with a comment response letter. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
