THE APPLICANT HAS ALSO OBTAINED THE APPROVAL OF TWO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS TO ALLOW INCIDENTAL PARKING WITHIN A PORTION OF THE 30' PARKING SETBACK ALONG THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY BOUNDARY, ALSO APPROVED ON 11/14/2018. THE SITE IS CURRENTLY DEVELOPED WITH AN EXISTING BUILDING AND OTHER IMPERVIOUS COVER CONSISTING OF ASPHALT, GRAVEL AND CONCRETE. THERE ARE THREE SERVICE BAYS IN THE EXISTING BUILDING. THE OWNER PROPOSES TO RENOVATE THE EXISTING BUILDING AND CONSTRUCT A TWO—STORY ADDITION. THE EXISTING BUILDING WILL BE USED BY VIRGINIA AUTO DETAILING INCLUDING THE SERVICE BAYS, AND ALBEMARLE LIMOUSINE WILL USE THE TWO—STORY ADDITION AS ITS OFFICE.
