This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Requests dated October 7.The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to
SDP2006-88,depicted on the modified site plan and described below.
1. Amend outdoor seating with permanent knee wall to replace outdoor bollard lights from
previously approved LOR for new outdoor pavilion.
This change is noted in the attached request and plan.This is the third Letter of Revision for this site.A
total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require submission
in the form of a site plan amendment application.

Application for Letter of Revision
Based on our email correspondence, we are applying for a new Letter of Revision to the approved
site plan for the Glenmore Clubhouse. The purpose of this LOR is to amend the outdoor seating
with a permanent knee wall and to replace the outdoor bollard lights from the previously approved
LOR for the new outdoor pavilion. The use would remain the same as its existing use as an outdoor
event space.
Attached to this memorandum, please also find four sets of the plan documents for review. Please
do not hesitate to call with any further requests or concerns. We look forward to working with you
with this application.

12. General Construction Notes:
a. Prior to any construction within any existing public right-of-way, including connection
to any existing road, a permit shall be obtained from the Virginia Department of
Transportation (VDOT). This plan as drawn may not accurately reflect the
requirements of the permit. Where any discrepancies occur the requirements of the
permit shall govern.
b. All materials and construction methods shall conform to current specifications and
standards of VDOT unless otherwise noted.
c. Erosion and siltation control measures shall be provided in accordance with the
approved erosion control plan and shall be installed prior to any clearing, grading or
other construction.
d. All slopes and disturbed areas are to be fertilized, seeded and mulched.
e. The maximum allowable slope is 2:1 (horizontal:vertical). Where reasonably
obtainable, lesser slopes of 3:1 or better are to be achieved.
f. Paved, rip -rap or stabilization mat lined ditch may be required when in the opinion of
the County Engineer, or designee, it is deemed necessary in order to stabilize a
drainage channel.
g. All traffic control signs shall conform with the Virginia Manual for Uniform Traffic Control
Devices.
h. Unless otherwise noted all concrete pipe shall be reinforced concrete pipe - Class III.
I. All excavation for underground pipe installation must comply with OSHA Standards for
the Construction Industry (29 CFR Part 1926).
j. Retaining walls greater than 3 feet in height require a separate building permit. Walls
exceeding 4 feet in height require a stamped engineered design in addition to the
separate building permit.
k. All water lines, sewer lines, and fire lines from the main structure must have a visual
inspection performed by the building inspection departmemnt.
I. Accessible parking spaces, access isles, and accessible routes shall be installed in
accordance with ICC ANSI Al 17.1-09 and the 2015 Virginia Construction Code.
m. All roof drains shall discharge in a manner not to cause a public nuisance and not
over sidewalks.
