WATER QUALITY NOTES:

2. THE REMOVAL OF THIS PORTION OF THE SWM FOREST & OPEN SPACE EASEMENT WILL
RESULT IN A MINOR WATER QUALITY PHOSPHOROUS REMOVAL RATE LOSS. THIS REMOVAL
RATE LOSS WILL BE MITIGATED THROUGH THE BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICE OF PURCHASING
