A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
1. Provide a signed certification.
Signed certification is now included.
C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
1. The water surface of the Rivanna River cannot count towards Forest and Open Space, only
vegetated areas. This area will also need to be protected after construction and clearly demarcated in
the field. If the Forest and Open Space is contained within the buffer, the County can provide signage
for the demarcation.
My apologies, the Forest and Open Space easement area has been moved outside the water surface
of the Rivanna River.
2. On the SWM Forest/Open Space note on the cover sheet, please add that further restrictions apply
to the WPO Stream Buffer.
This note has been added to the cover sheet.
3. The Forest and Open Space will need to be shown on an easement plat and a Deed of Dedication
will need to be signed and recorded for the Forest and Open Space easement. This will be filled out
by the County and forwarded to the applicant when the easement plat is nearing approval.

4. A Stormwater Maintenance Agreement will need to be completed for the Forest and Open Space
Easement(prior to the easement plat). Please contact Ana Kilmer in our office to begin the process.
