In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following revisions are required: 1. [32.6.2] Easement. The proposed drainage easement requires an easement plat and deed. Please submit an easement plat application, and associated materials, to the County for review. Once the easement plat and deed are approved by the County and recorded, the recording instrument (deed book and page) will need to be noted on the site plan. Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer) Matthew Wendand, mwentland(a),albemarle.org — Requests changes 1. The proposed drainage easements should be labelled as'Dedicated to Public Use'. The easements will need to be platted and a deed will be required with the plat. Virginia Department of Transportation Adam Moore, adam.moore(awdot.virginia.gov—No Objection Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may be found under "Government" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
