So,your request is for a letter of revision to SDP-2008-06 (which was a minor amendment to SDP-2006-09). Please note the following information on the plan: overall pole/fixture height and pole/fixture color. 16, ( G4.,J . + it,'71 Please note on the plan the light loss factor(maintenance factor)used for calculating the photometrics.To meet ordinance requirements,the LLF must equal 1.0. If 1.0 was not used, please revise the photometric plan accordingly. Add the standard lighting note to the plan: Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads. The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one-halffootcandle. Comment: It appears that SDP-2005-81 was a Preliminary Site Plan. A preliminary site plan cannot be amended. So, your request is for a letter of revision to SDP- 2008-06 (which was a minor amendment to SDP-2006-09). Response: The letter has been updated to reference SDP-2008-06. 2. Comment: Please not the following information on the plan: overall pole/fixture height and pole/fixture color. Response: Noted below each cut sheet pole height and finish 3. Comment: Please note on the plan the light loss factor(maintenance factor) used for calculating the photometrics. To meet ordinance requirements,the LLF must equal 1.0. If 1.0 was not used,please revise the photometric plan accordingly. Response: General note 3/2 on the plan sheets states a LLF of 1.0 was used in all calculations. 4.
