Recommended 12/28/2020 Corrective Action Deadline: Targeted Re- 12/28/2020 Inspection Date: Comments: Site has an issue with the intersection of the basin outfall, trap out fall and the roadside ditch on Rt. 20. As designed the volume of runoff can not filter quick enough and causes a flooding effect. This flooding causes a flow of water to enter the state roadway and could lead to a hazardous driving condition. A redisign of this area must be completed asap. VDOT and Albemarle County Board of Supervisors are aware of this issue and have asked for immediate correction. Please submit an amendment to the approved plan design for review by CDD Engineering. *Refers to applicable regulation found in the most recent publication of the State Water Control Law (Va.
