Please let me know if you have any questions or additional comments regarding this plat. 1. [14-302(B)(1) & 14-303(E)] General Information; Dimension standards and information on all lots, streets, alleys, easements, and shared driveways. Revise the scale of the viewport in Sheet 2 or revise the scale specified for that sheet. The scale of what is shown on Sheet 2 does not appear to match the scale specified for that sheet. The dimensions shown do not match the dimensions scaled. ADDRESSED. DRAWING IS AT A 20 SCALE. SCALE BAR AND SPECIFIED SCALE HAVE BOTH BEEN CORRECTED. 2. [34-302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. Revise note 7 to also include that the parcels are not in the water supply protection area. ADDRESSED. NOT 7 IS REVISED AND NEW NOTE 8 HAS BEEN ADDED. 3. [34-302(B)(9)] Flood Plain. Revise note 6 to be correct for the subject parcels. The parcels specified do not appear to be within the flood plain. ADDRESSED. FLOOD PLAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN REVISED TO CORRESPOND TO THE SUBJECT PARCELS ONLY. 4. [14-303(F)] Identification of sections, blocks and lots. Revise the label for the open space to the east of Lot 37 to specify that it is "Open Space D". The open space area to the east and to the south are two different open spaces with two different designation letters. ADDRESSED. LABEL HAS BEEN REVISED FOR OPEN SPACE D. 999 Second Street SE. [14-312] Revise the plat to show the outline/location of all existing structures on all of the subject parcel and ensure that the proposed lot line changes to not cause the existing parcel to no longer meet any minimum requirements. Address the following: a) Lot 34 appears to already have a residence built. Show this structure. b) Dimension the minimum distance between the existing structure and the proposed property line. Ensure the side setback requirements will still be met after proposed move of the propertyline. ADDRESSED. SEE NEW NOTE 13 ON PLAT. LOT 34 DWELLING IS CURRENLTY BEING CONSTRUCTED. THERE IS A FOUNDATION FOOTING POURED BUT THE FOUNDATION WALLS HAVE NOT BEEN CONTSTRUCTED. WE HAVE SHOWN AND DIMENSIONED TO THE PROPERTY LINE THE PROPOSED HOUSE LOCATION PER WHERE IT WAS FIELD STAKED.
