DEED OF DEDICATION (for Parks and Recreation) w THIS DEED OF DEDICATION is made as of this V day of a-- 2018, by and between RIVANNA INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Rivanna '), to be indexed as Grantor, and the COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE, VIRIGNIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the "County'), to be indexed as Grantee. WITNESS: WHEREAS, Rivanna is the owner in fee simple of that certain of real property located in Albemarle County, Virginia that is described below and hereinafter referred to as the "Pro and WHEREAS, Rivanna offers to grant, convey and dedicate the Property to the County in fee simple for public use, namely, a public access trail and greenway, including improvements; and WHEREAS, the County is willing to accept Rivanna's offer of dedication. The County, acting by and through its County Executive, duly authorized by resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County, does hereby accept this conveyance and dedication of this Property, pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1803, as evidenced by the County Executive's signature hereto and the recordation of this Deed.
