This letter is to approve as a letter of revision the delineation of the 10 additional parking spaces for the office building designated at 2400 sgft, and the gravel path to the adjacent parking lot. This change will actually be reflected as part of SDP - 2005 -0144 Earlysville Business Park Major Amendment, not the WPO application as noted in your letter. This is your I st letter of revision for this site. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Earlysville Business Park Letter of Revision - WPO- 2006 -00039 Dear Francis, Earlier this year the County approved WPO- 2006 - 00039. This project included a warehouse and an adjacent one story office building. Changes occurred during construction which added a basement to the office building and a longer /higher retaining wall was built along the western side of the warehouse. This wall projected into a proposed parking bay that eliminated two spaces as well as relocated the dumpster slightly. These modifications are shown on the two PDF files which are attached. One file is sheet 5 of the original package. It shows the changes to the site. The other is the cover sheet that indicates the revised parking computations under 915 of the Project Data.
