The Property is subject to the Airport Impact Area Overlay District as described in Section 30 of the Zoning Ordinance. • There is one approved Special Use Permit ("SP") associated with the Property. SP201100014, approved alongside ZMA201100006 on February 8, 2012, approved the use of the property for Albemarle Health and Rehabilitation Center. The action letter describes the use as "a special use permit to allow hospitals, nursing homes, and convalescent homes" with no conditions. • The Property is subject to Site Development Plans ("SDP") SDP201200061. It appears the Property has been developed in accord with these approved plans and would be considered legal conforming. • There are no Building or Zoning violations on file associated with the Property.
