LeClair Ryan 123 East Main Street, 8th Floor Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: ZMA 2006 -007 Hollymead Town Center Area B - Proffer Amendment Tax Map 32, Parcels 43, 43B, 43C, and 43D Dear Mr. Blaine: The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on September 5, 2006, unanimously recommended denial of the above -noted petition to the Board of Supervisors, for the reasons stipulated in the staff report. Please be advised that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will review this petition and receive public comment at their meeting on October 11, 2006. It is the Board of Supervisor's preference that a public hearing not be advertised until all of the final materials for a zoning application have been received by the County and are available for public review. To achieve this preference, please provide final plans, final codes of development, final proffers, and any other documents deemed necessary by the Director of Community Development, to me no later than Tuesday, September 19.
