• Confirm there are no known violations of the zoning ordinance on the subject property at the
time the zoning compliance letter is issued.

7th, 1945, and of record in the Clerk's Office for the Circuit Court of Albe-
marle County in Deed Book 264, page 17, the lands hereby conveyed embracing
no part of those lands upon which the family dwelling is located and no part
of the surrounding yard reserved to John B. Townley and his wife for and
during their lives from the operation of the aforesaid deed of July 7th,
1945, It being understood and agreed by the parties to this deed that the lands
hereby conveyed are the same as those lands described in a certain deed of
release bearing date October 29th, 1945s and of record In the said Clerk's
Office in Dead Book 267, page 324, from J. B. Townley, Sr., to John Platt
Bunton.
