1. [General Comment] This plat was submitted as four (4) separate plat documents that have since
been combined into one PDF that will be recorded as a single plat. Staff corresponded with the
applicant directly via email on 11/20/2020 and the applicant agreed to this. The combined plat
PDF is attached to this letter for reference purposes. Please make the following revisions:
a. [14-302 (A)(1)] Please provide a cover sheet with a revised plat title stating that this is an
easement plat creating (easement types) on Tax Map Parcels (insert TMP numbers).

inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet showing the property and its relationship with

plat has been approved, in detail adequate to describe the location of the property without
field review.

labels. This plat is platting new easements, and currently new easements are shown on one sheet,
and then they are labeled as BSA on other sheets. Staff suggests revising the sheets so that each
sheet shows new easements by type. For example, sheet 2 shows new SWM facility and SWM
access easements. Sheet 3 shows new drainage easements. Sheet 4 shows new ACSA easements,
etc.
