Okay, thanks for letting me know Paul. Do you want us to still conduct a review on the application and send you
comments on it, or do you just want to officially withdraw it? If you withdraw, you'll need to file a new application in
the future if you decide to move forward with doing a BLA.

Thanks again for the update yesterday. Based on this timing, I think we are going to have to go ahead and close on the
real estate transaction without doing the BLA at this time. We are obliged to complete this by year end, and there is not
a lot of room for coordinating or adjusting if we wait for the BLA to happen. So my point in passing this along is that now
there is no real rush as we will not be able to actually do the adjustment for a while anyway.

Hi Peter,
Yes, we have received this application and I am the lead reviewer on it. The application was submitted to us on
November 24" and I was assigned to it on the 25". Our Ordinance allows for a 60 day review period for subdivision plat,
but they typically get reviewed much quicker than that. Right now, I have seven (7) other applications ahead of this one
in my review queue, but I expect to have my comments or approvals sent to you during the week of December 21-23'

Is there anyone I can call about this? We are trying to coordinate the closing of a real estate transaction that this ties to
with multiple parties and this is the only thing waiting. I am pretty sure this is an incredibly routine BLA, so I just need to
know what the status is and whether or not it is likely to be completed soon, or if we have to pull it out because of the
deadlines associated with closing the sale.
If you can let me know who might be able to give me a status update, I am happy to give them a ring.

I wanted to check in to see if you had any sense on the timing associated with a boundary line adjustment submission
for 3900 Dick Woods Rd. It is tied to the closing of a related real estate transaction for which we are trying to sort out a
