Based on this timing, I think we are going to have to go ahead and close on the real estate transaction without doing the BLA at this time. We are obliged to complete this by year end, and there is not a lot of room for coordinating or adjusting if we wait for the BLA to happen. So my point in passing this along is that now there is no real rush as we will not be able to actually do the adjustment for a while anyway. Just wanted to let you know! The application was submitted to us on November 24" and I was assigned to it on the 25". Our Ordinance allows for a 60 day review period for subdivision plat, but they typically get reviewed much quicker than that. Right now, I have seven (7) other applications ahead of this one in my review queue, but I expect to have my comments or approvals sent to you during the week of December 21-23' Let me know if you'd still like to talk over the telephone. I am pretty sure this is an incredibly routine BLA, so I just need to know what the status is and whether or not it is likely to be completed soon, or if we have to pull it out because of the deadlines associated with closing the sale.
