(gwen(a)raysurveving com) From: Andrew Reitelbach, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: January 11, 2021 Subject: SUB2020-00214 Albemarle Business Campus -West of Old Lynchburg Road — BLA The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] [14-302(A)9] Provide a note on the plat indicating whether there are building sites that comply with Section 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance within the boundaries of each of the revised parcels. 2. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on all future submittals of this plat. 3. [14-302(B)5] Revise note A on the cover sheet of the plat to indicate that TMP 76-46F is also zoned Neighborhood Model District, as a portion of this parcel is also currently zoned NMD (that portion on the west side of Old Lynchburg Road that is proposed to be transferred), in addition to the Commercial Office zoning on the east side of Old Lynchburg Road. 4. [14-302(B)7] Provide notes on the cover sheet of this plat indicating whether these parcels are located within reservoir watersheds (and if so, which one) and agricultural -forestal districts. 5. [14-302(B)9] Provide a note on the cover sheet of the plat indicating if these two parcels are located within a floodplain. 6. [14-303(A)] The language in the statement of consent to division that is describing the subject properties does not match the language and labels used elsewhere on the plat. The consent statement references parcels identified as Y and Z; however, there are no parcels Y or Z identified elsewhere on the plat. Revise this language so that all parcel references are consistent across the entire plat.
