Good afternoon.
While we are waiting for zoning to weigh in on whether an amendment to the White Gables SP will be required for the
requested change (see email below) do you agree to withdraw SE2020-77 White Gables special exception?
If it is not withdrawn it will be denied since, as mentioned below, a SP cannot have a Special Exception.

Good afternoon.
I wanted to touch base with you on your submission of SE2020-77 White Gables.
Since White Gables is not a planned development, and because SPs must be "amended" rather than having
exceptions/variation, the special exception request will not be reviewed further. This is not the correct type of
submission.
If it is necessary to amend the SP for that building separation change you are requesting then an SP amendment will be
required.
