Good Afternoon Carter,
I believe you guys dropped ott a check for the incorrect amount. Please see our emails below and the comment from our
initial site plan. Our system currently shows that you have paid $910.68, but you owe $973.52. The check dropped off
today was for the full amount.
There was a typo in the initial comment as well. The total tee is $1,290 +
$59.20 + $100.00 + $435.00 = $1,884.20 (not 1844.20). You have paid $920.68 so the remaining balance is $973.52.
Please get this payment in as soon as possible so we can send you the approved action letter. Buck is copied on this
email for assistance with the payment if needed. believe you can pay online if that is easier.

Yeah man. Here is an email for another SRC comment letter I did recently. You'll want to tweak the language a bit to
say that there is only 1 comment that needs to be addressed prior to initial site plan approval. Let them know the
deadline for that fee payment.

It looks good to me. Only thing I'd recommend is putting the comments in a numerical list if possible. I hope that
doesn't mess your formatting up. But it helps the applicant provide clear responses in a comment response letter when
they submit the final.
