Overall, the stormwater management and mitigation have been built and installed to the approved plans, as detailed on the attached asbuilt plan. Below is a summary of the recent changes and how the final items on the SWM asbuilt have been addressed: 1. The following items have been addressed: a. A signed and sealed asbuilt has been provided for final review and approval. b. The centerline of the emergency spillway and riser/outfall have been added to the plans and labeled. c. The asbuilt volumes have been added to the plan in comparison to the design information. The volumes of the asbuilt exceed the design volumes, and shown on the plans, meeting the requirements of the pond. d. The water quality swales have been shown on the plan and labeled. e. The contour labels have been added within the asbuilt pond. f. The Extended detention profile has been added to the plan and the asbuilt information added to the profile. g. The mitigation area, plantings and species have been shown and labeled. 2. The plantings for the extended detention landscaping has been shown and labeled. 3. The information on the earthen embankment construction has been added to the plans. 4. The extended detention facility and water quality swales are within tolerance and have provided volumes meeting and/or exceeding the required design volumes. No additional computations are necessary to ensure that the facilities are within compliance. 5. The recorded SWM facility and access easements have been shown and labeled on the plan sheet. 6. The owner has provided the F&R reports on the embankment compaction. 7. The asbuilt TW and BW have been added to the plan set. The wall is less than 6' in height. 8. The asbuilt information for the mitigation area and plantings have been added to the plan set. 9. Riprap has been added to the emergency spillway since the spillway is on a fill slope. This was done in accordance with the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control handbook, as noted on the plan sheet.
