[14-302 (A)(4)] Please revise the new SWM easement label to indicate whether it is public or private. If public, add the words "dedicated to public use." 3. [14-302 (A)(15)] As a note on Sheet 1, state the owner name and address for TMP 61-157. 4. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision to the plat. 5. [14-302 (13)(5))] Please revise the zoning note on Sheet 1 so that it states all applicable overlay zoning districts, proffers, and special use permits that apply to TMP 61-157. a. Overlay Zoning districts include the AIA Airport Impact Area Overlay, and Managed and Preserved Steep Slopes Overlay Districts. b. State that the property is subject to the proffers and Code of Development of ZMA2004-07. 6. [14-303 (D)] Please state the acreage of TMP 61-157 somewhere on the plat.
