with adjoining parcels are permitted and shall not be considered a prohibited
division of the property, Provided that the Grantee is made party to the applicable
deed of any such boundary line adjustment and one of the following conditions is met:
(i) The entire adjacent parcel is subject to an existing, recorded open -space easement
conveyed to the Grantee, or, (ii) The boundary line adjustment is reviewed and approved
In advance by the Board of Trustees of the Grantee. With the creation of this New
